Loved location and staff, the hotel had essentials we needed.

The venue is fairly clean, with decent location close to public transport, the Port Authority Bus Terminal.
I would say it's good base for staying and exploring New York City.
Tbh, had a fairly nice stay for a long time. The hotel staff was polite and courteous. The location was wonderful, just a short walk away from A 102-Story Art Deco Skyscraper. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the venue.
Stunningly beautiful hotel, the stay was really really nice, perfect location next to a subway station. The room was welcoming and brand-new with lots of sockets including a couple of USB ones, 2 queen beds for 3 or 4 people, a normal shower, I loved it.
The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.
I enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean good central hotel. The staff members were all lovely, the rooms were cozy with a great view, 2 queen beds for 3 or 4 people and troublesome air conditioning. The lighting in my room was natural. The whole experience was fab from start to finish, recommend.

Unbeatable location, approaching staff, spacious bed. Rooms were very specious and well cleaned and bathroom was marble-lined with a bidet. Centrally located hotel. The service at this main touristic property was attentive! Good price-value balance, exceptional food.
Clean, handicap accessible hotel with ideal location close to everything. A nice touch is also the bottled beverages in the rooftop bar. Moreover, it has stable wi-fi, really handy.

I loved staying in an European building. Good Internet and tea/coffee in the room and the lovely bed. Variety of food at breakfast, such as eggs, cereals, slices of fresh bread, hot waffles and yogurt. The hotel was centrally located. Moreover, a 70th-floor open-air observation deck was 15 minutes' walk away. Special services where available.

The staff was pleasant, breakfast was adequate. I liked reasonably sized room and views were marvellous. The hotel was in a prime location. It had an affordable restaurant. Exceptional services too. Plus, I was pleased with a free wifi throughout the property
Wonderful old hotel, fantastic value for money, what else to wish for. The property was centrally located for traveling through New York City. Room was well stocked, bed was large. The staff were happy to help during our very very good stay which exceeded all expectations. Public parking and CLEAN facilities.
